Employment Opportunity – Fleet and Facilities Administrator

 

Parameters

 

  • Assist with acquisition and maintenance of equipment, utilities and facility systems
  • Support Facilities Manager with repair work included but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting
  • Develop and maintain a daily building maintenance schedule
  • Assist workflow for both the automotive garage and facilities personnel
  • Monitor and maintain facility maintenance work orders and prepare monthly reports on projects completed for Facilities Manager
  • Monitor and maintain facility maintenance work orders and prepare monthly reports on projects completed for Facilities Manager.
  • Contract and monitor work done by outside contractors for Fleet
  • Assist with the sourcing and ordering of mechanical parts
  • Coordinate the company fleet maintenance program
  • Oversee fuel distribution and replenishment
  • Provide Administrative support to Facilities Manager

Education

 

  • High School Graduate; Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities or construction is an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a mechanical or facilities program (preferred)

 

Experience & Skills

 

  • Good Interpersonal and communications skills
  • Analytical and Problem Solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Fundamental understanding of building and automotive maintenance
  • Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing experience is an added plus
