Job Description

Job Summary

Initiate, plan, implement, control, and coordinate all brand building and innovation programs to ensure sustainable market share growth for the responsible brands

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute yearly brand plans, including creative, promotional calendar and programs, media plan and sponsorship activities, POS (Point of Sale) and specific retail programs
  • Contribute to budget management and sales forecasts
  • Manage interface with Sales in development, planning, implementation and feedback on promotions and merchandising
  • Undertake periodic market/trade visits to evaluate product and packaging quality, merchandising and promotional effectiveness
  • Produce monthly report on brand performance
  • Be intimately familiar with consumer insights into evolving characteristics and needs of current and prospective consumers, including periodic review of purchase, usage and attitudes and apply these consumer insights and market knowledge to brand strategies
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities and manage innovations, extensions and packaging initiatives
  • Keep abreast of the social media activity adhering to the Code of Business Conduct as it relates to Social Media


  • Associate’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience functioning in similar capacity


  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of beers, spirits, or related products
  • Good knowledge of the competitive environment and economic FMCG
  • Knowledge of the maps needs and consumer motivations
  • Active positive presence on social media a plus
