Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Agent

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet, Greet and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale
  • Provide reactive advice and support to customers that require over the counter advice
  • Assist in answering telephone enquiries and resolve 90% of issues at first point of contact
  • Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Support other departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced Business Environment 
  • Extremely organized
  • Pleasant disposition
  • 5 or more BGCSEs passes with C or above (English & Math included)
  • Experience and working knowledge with, Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Excel required)
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing and in a business setting
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure
