Job Title: Players Club Supervisor

Baha Mar Casino’s Players Club Supervisor will work together with the Casino Services Manager supervising Players Club operations; generating increased Players Club Membership and developing client loyalty; as well as the direct supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Players Club.

What you will also have already accomplished:

  • College Degree in Marketing; Hospitality/Tourism or related field preferred
  • 2 years + of experience in Loyalty Programming
  • Must have hospitality or casino related marketing experience

Description of Responsibilities:

Baha Mar Casino’s Players Club Supervisor will be responsible for supervising Players Club operations; generating increased Players Club Membership and developing client loyalty; as well as the direct supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Players Club. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure optimum delivery of Loyalty Programming strategies, balancing a pragmatic approach with need to consistently perform to a standard of excellence
  • Promote positive guest relations at all times, resolving guest complaints and striving for 100% guest satisfaction
  • Ensure guests are greeted in a courteous and caring manner using personalized service
  • Supervise Players Club Representatives on how to successfully introduce new guests to Players Club membership advantages and signing up new players in the Players Club
  • Train Players Club Representatives in explaining the Players Club to guests, issuing membership cards and demonstrating the various methods of use
  • Supervise the delivery of guest service consistent with Baha Mar’s excellent service standards and brand attributes
  • Assist Players Club guests with all requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Understand and explain the Players Club program in detail and redeem guests’ points for cash
  • Evaluate members’ loyalty and issue comps based upon established guidelines
  • Ensure the adherence to all rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to the Players Club Department, promotions and to the casino
  • Work closely with Reservations, Front Desk and Concierge to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition of all loyalty members
  • Supervise the front-line operations of the Players Club Desk
  • Uphold company’s key values and brand standards to encourage team to maintain culture of excellence and achieve top results
  • Total compliance with Baha Mar Casino Hotel’s standards of operation
  • Ensure seamless flow of information between Players Club and other management teams
  • Stay current on Loyalty Programming and casino industry trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned
