The HR Manager will serve as the strategic interface between HR and line management, developing and implementing a range of HR strategies that support and optimize business performance. The scope of functional responsibilities includes employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, and employment law compliance
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Leads the implementation of the Talent Strategy, focused on identifying & developing top talent, to meet the company’s talent needs for current and future critical roles.
Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts while ensuring that all global training requirements are met.
Steers the performance management cycle and safe-guard the quality of feedback, challenging performance ratings and support qualitative PDPs and feedback.
Works with external and internal parties to achieve a win-win result for employees and the company through employee relations.
Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Human Resources or Management
Minimum of five (5) years HR experience in an organization of over 300 employees
HR Certification preferred
