Job Summary

This Individual must be proficient in all aspects of food preparation, planning and culinary activities.

Responsibilities

  • Include but not limited to;
  • Full supervision of a kitchen.
  • Ordering food and supplies.
  • Oversee equipment purchases and repairs.
  • Food preparation as well as modifying and creating new recipes.
  • Costing of menus.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of computer software programs used for ordering and POS software.
  • Five years supervisory experience
  • 3+ plus years as a head chef in a fast paced environment
  • Degree in Culinary Arts
