Job Description

Job Purpose:

To deliver competitive advantage to Commonwealth Brewery Ltd. in sourcing of goods and services, through a fair, consistent, and transparent process that focuses on procurement best practices derived from the HEINEKEN Sourcing.

 

Key Responsibilities:              

  • Source approved goods and services for the company at the best price, at the right time, in the quantity desired, at the quality required                        
  • Perform internal and external analysis to provide on global opportunity assessment for cost saving projects (value engineering, lower transaction costs, sku rationalization, cash improvement)                                                                               
  • Define scope of spend, collect, identify and validate requirements of stakeholder volumes, specifications and service levels               
  • Monitor market developments and internal supplier performance
  • Coordinate with user departments to define accurate budget spends for purchases and projects.            
  • Execute the first two steps in the HEINEKEN Supplier Code Procedure (Signing of the Supplier Code, and Supplier Risk Analysis). 
  • Manage the operational supplier relationships on a daily basis   
  • Minimize impacts of contract termination by thorough preparation and proper execution  
  • Perform data governance role for all OpCo data
  • Maintain responsibility for creating, maintaining and modifying data specific to the systems / data for the domain / category / OpCo in accordance with global data standards and policies (Data Producer)                                                                                                                                     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related subject
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar or related position
