Job Description

Job Summary
The Business Controller will manage and provide financial information for a reliable and efficient decision making process with focus on planning and controlling. The role requires analysis and reporting on accounting statistics, in order to maintain reliable and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
Manage accounting and reporting activities, internal control implementation and monitoring
Educate teams on finance and accounting procedures to support efficient operations
Review and analysis of all ledger accounts ensuring compliance with appropriate company policies, IFRS/regulatory requirements
Assist in the coordination of all audit activity and preparation and reporting of actual monthly, quarterly and annual financial information
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, latest estimate and 3 year planning process
Review all financial information and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain and correct variances as appropriate

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Finance (preferred), MBA, CPA or equivalent
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience or similar position is required.
