Full Time Information Technology Installation / Maintenance / Repair Manager

Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Provide Support for all business applications and Project Management to support operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the administration and maintenance of Business ERP systems
  • Manage enterprise licensing for Global, Regional and local Applications 
  • Conduct updates and support of business applications: 
    - Exact / Heilite
    - Counterpoint (Retail POS)
    - ISL Payroll / HR Plus
    - Landed Cost / Container Solutions
    - Document Archiving - Filenet
  • Prepare project documentation and complete projects based on established life cycles
  • Implement application and operational changes using Global Change Management processes
  • Provide support for infrastructure as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Related
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a IT with Application Support and Project Management as key focus.

Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and professional business practices.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate computer base software
  • Excellent planner and organizer, problem solving and follow up skills, team work, analytical skills
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
