Job Title: Project Manager

The Project Manager will be skilled with managing and overseeing multiple projects. They will be expected to have extensive experience in project management methodologies and technologies and a familiarity with working with architectural designs/plans.

The project Manager will help to minimize cost and implementation risk, and provide the required liaison, documentation and everyday management of projects, while ensuring that all project products and services are risk managed, budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely matter.

Position Basic Requirements:

  • Managing relationship with customers, vendors, contractors and other parties, by acting a the central point of contact
  • Planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects
  • Performing quality assurance and risk management assessments
  • Developing, analyzing and adjusting architectural designs
  • Managing project team members
  • Work with design teams from concept and throughout delivery
  • Project budget and scheduling estimation and management
  • Engaging with stakeholders and managing internal, external and third party relationships
  • IT infrastructure, network and integration project delivery
  • Conducting status review meetings with team members and clients
  • Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • At least five years experience in a project management role
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience in vendor sourcing and management
  • Knowledge of industry standards in both information technology and project management
  • High level of competence in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, CAD and other project management software
  • Ability to manage projects of up to 12 months duration
  • Licensed Architect
