Job Title:          Vice President of Residential Sales

Reports to:       Executive Vice President of Finance

Baha Mars Vice President of Residential Sales will work together with the Baha Mar’s Executive Vice President of Finance to plan, implement and monitor sales activities for all Residential Sales to yield maximum revenue and achieve set sales quotas.

What you will also have already accomplished:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline and/or
  • 10+ years of equivalent experience in the Sales industry
  • 10+ years of  leadership/management experience


Description of Responsibilities

Baha Mar’s Vice President of Residential Sales will plan, implement and monitor sales activities for Residential sales to yield maximum revenue. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a global comprehensive sales strategy, business plan and     budget.
  • Provide hands-on senior-level leadership including selection, coaching, training and management of the residential sales team, real estate brokerage partners and contracts administrator.
  • Develop sales-related strategies including buyer and sales executive incentives to attain team goals
  • Develop effective sales presentations, material and scripting that inspire customers to take their next step in the sales process
  • Develop and implement specific, measurable sales and marketing strategies that address specific customer preferences and priorities such as lifestyle versus investment buyers or hotel rental program buyers versus full-time buyers.
  • Manage the sales contract and communication process to ensure documents and messaging adhere to the Real Estate industry’s strict guidelines, laws and state registration rules.
  • Work closely with the hotel partners to identify event and marketing opportunities with guests.
  • Manage the sales department budget, expenses, sales targets and finances to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Compile and analyze all sales reports, statistics, projections and trends. Make recommendations on release of inventory and pricing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales tools, signage, website design, displays and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Preview Center and model rooms to ensure strict and the highest of standards are maintained.
  • Manage database of clients.
  • Perform Other duties as assigned
