DISTRICT SUPERVISOR - ABACO & ELEUTHERA

Paradise Games, a leading Gaming House Operator, is seeking to fill the position of District Supervisor - Abaco & Eleuthera.

The District Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a cluster of retail stores, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and driving sales. They ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, and they are responsible for implementing store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Manages & motivates staff

· Promotes fairness and respect for others in the workplace.

· Enforces company policies, procedures, standards, guidelines & cultural values.

· Oversees and effectively manage all stores within the district and directs the work of district personnel

· Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and resolving issues and complaints effectively.

· Ensures the effective management of shifts and personnel ensuring all shifts are covered and changes are reported as required.

· Completes all necessary reports and submits in a timely manner.

· Quality Assurance: Ensures the customer experience is positive in an effort to maintain the company's reputation

· Develops competencies skills of staff by investing time in coaching

· Optimizes productivity.

· Ensures the proper maintenance and use of all district equipment and facilities.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Associates degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field.

Proven success in a leadership role.

Strong decision-making ability.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.

Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.

Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.

Experience in conducting performance evaluations. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite (mainly Outlook, Teams, Excel and Microsoft Word) Excellent Organizational skills
