Position: Senior Sales Account Executive
Location: Nassau, Bahamas
As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and crafting unforgettable client experiences. This role combines high-level sales strategy with event planning leadership. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the planning phase of programs - from initial proposal through handoff to the operations team for execution.
Working closely with clients, you’ll develop tailored event concepts that align with their goals, budgets, and brand. Internally, you’ll collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure all elements are in place for seamless execution by our operations team. Your ability to balance strategic sales with detailed planning will directly impact client satisfaction and company revenue.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a strategic role in driving revenue and expanding our client base. Your focus will be on high-impact sales efforts, client relationship management, and seamless collaboration with internal teams.
Required Education and Experience
· 7–10 years of proven experience in sales leadership and event planning within the destination management, travel, tourism, or events industry.
· Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience managing $2M+ in annual sales revenue.
· Strong background in business development, strategic sales planning, and client relationship management.
· Deep understanding of destination-based services, including local vendor sourcing, program design, and client-specific itinerary planning.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver customized proposals that align with client objectives.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred—but significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
