We’re looking for friendly, passionate, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Harbour Bay retail team during peak seasons and busy weekends. You’ll be the face of the Island Soles Bahamas brand welcoming customers, sharing product stories, and helping them find the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with warmth, energy, and genuine interest

  • Share the Island Soles brand story and craftsmanship details with shoppers

  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale

  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays

  • Restock merchandise, manage inventory, and help with unpacking deliveries

  • Participate in store events, promotions, and pop-ups as needed

  • Support daily operations and assist with closing/opening tasks

  • Deliver an unforgettable in-store experience that builds customer loyalty
