Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations and ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflows.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of associates to achieve organizational sales, service, and quality goals.
  • Manage store inventory levels, including the ordering and merchandising of products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations among staff.
  • Identify, suggest, and implement opportunities for process and service improvement.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within an eyecare practice involving the sale of eyewear.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in the use of point-of-sale (POS) systems and/or healthcare software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem solve and manage multiple tasks.
