We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and fun Optical Dispenser to join our friendly team at Imperial Optical!

Imperial Optical is a Bahamian-owned and operated eyecare provider comprising of two conveniently located full-service branches in Nassau and equipped with a full-service optical laboratory.

Responsibilities

As an employee in this role, you’ll be expected to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist patients in selecting eyewear that suits their needs, preferences, and personal style.
• Participate in ongoing learning to provide expert advice on options for lenses, frames, and stylings to enhance our patient’s satisfaction.
• Process sales, orders, control inventory, and maintain organized product displays.
• Contribute to a welcoming and nurturing atmosphere for customers and staff.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide professional and prompt advice to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• You will be an ideal candidate for this role if you possess the following:
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate products, services, and interact with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with point-of-sales (POS) systems, retail software, and proficiency in basic computer tasks.
• Ability and strong desire to work in a positive team environment.
