JOB TITLE : ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
 
JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Human Resource Manager will assist the Human Resource Manager in managing daily operations and employee relations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, training, policy implementation, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment team in onboarding, screening, and selecting new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, working closely with the Engagement and Employee Relations team. Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Performance Management & Training: Support performance evaluation processes, provide constructive feedback, and assist with organizing training and development programs.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures, and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain attendance records, and provide support in benefits administration, including health insurance and leave management. Address concerns regarding payroll, benefits, and compensation.
  • HR Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review. Support HR initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
