The Landscape Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role includes managing resources, coordinating teams, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve project success.

We offer a fun, collaborative team environment with competitive salary range of $75,000-$100,000 based on experience, including benefits such as health (100% covered by the employer), paid vacation as accrued per Bahamian Labor Laws, paid holidays, enrollment of pension plan (Royal Fidelity, employer noncontributory), residency cost/work permits will be funded by the company, along with and bonuses based on year-end company profits and individual performance. A company vehicle and cell phone will be provided. This role will require some travelling from island to island when needed. This position is full-time Monday-Friday from 7 am-5pm some weekends and overtime is required when needed.
Responsibilities for Landscape Project Manager include:
- Project Oversight: Manage landscape installation teams and coordinate scheduling with the Project Controls Manager to ensure timely, high-quality project completion. Oversee material procurement, logistics, and budget approvals to maintain efficient workflows;
- Client and Team Coordination: Act as the main contact for clients, coordinate with site management, and manage subcontractors to meet project standards. Lead site meetings and handle Change Order requests as needed;
- Quality Assurance and Reporting: Conduct regular quality inspections, manage daily logs in the project management software, review crew time inputs, and oversee equipment use and maintenance.
Requirements for Landscape Project Manager include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- 3+ years of Project Management (landscape construction) highly preferred but, not required;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Maintains professional conduct with employees and clients;
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Health certification required;
- Must pass a background check;
- Passport required;
- Must be able to obtain a work permit required;
- Driver’s license and clean driving record.
