Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field -or- Equivalent Experience

• 3 years + of Cage Management Experience

Description of Responsibilities

Baha Mar Casino's Cage Shift Manager will be responsible for providing direct supervision of all cage operations and maintain accountability of cage funds while ensuring compliance with Baha Mar policies and gaming regulations during a shift. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure optimum delivery of Cage strategies, balancing a pragmatic approach with the need to consistently perform to a standard of excellence

• Submit supply orders within the Birchstreet System and ensure all supply inventories are maintained at an acceptable level

• Schedule all Main Bank Cashiers and Cage Cashiers to guarantee coverage of all areas/banks

• Analyze and organize cage operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, and filing systems

• Maintain tight security, ensure security of all unattended cash drawers and cabinets, and only permit authorized personnel into the cage areas

• Supply funds to guests in accordance with house procedures and gaming regulations

• Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate accounting of transactions

• Access funds and ensure prompt distribution to appropriate areas of property

• Assist with the coordination of audits relating to bank boards, guest deposits and rotation logs

• Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports

• Promote positive guest experiences by maintaining visibility on the casino floor and resolving guests' concerns and disputes quickly

• Complete required cage/vault forms, paperwork and reports as needed or required

• Issue, track and record all disciplinary issues with Cage Supervisors, Main Bank Cashiers and Cage Cashiers

• Stay current on new legislation and requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned
