Job Summary:

As Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the setting and execution of strategy for our digital platforms; namely, B2B, LSR and SEM. In your role the expectation will be to drive online digital sales on these platforms geared towards increasing revenue, improving the customer experience, enhancing execution of sales teams, increase customer/consumer usage and leverage digital data to influence strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital vision

  • Translating trends & developments in ecommerce and digital to strategic plans and implementing and executing these with your team.
  • Supporting CBL in growing online revenue, building the ecommerce organization and building digital capabilities
  • Developing and driving the digital agenda across various digital teams (B2B, LSR, SEM,) to become a key enabler for multiple functions

Team management

  • From the digital vision, determine the team’s priorities
  • Building the team: support in the recruitment, onboarding and reviewing of employees
  • Capability building support the environment for effective capability building at CBL by working closely with Capability Manager

Shareholder management & global synergies

  • Pro-actively maintaining relations with internal and external stakeholders (Local, Regional, Global, development partner, etc.)
  • Drive capturing of a cross-Region synergies for the benefit of CBL as a whole

Qualifications:

  • University degree Bachelors, preferably in Business Management, Economics, or Marketing & Sales

Competencies/Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a, preferably international, ecommerce organization
  • 3-4 years of experience in an ecommerce management function
  • Driven by achieving business results, commercially & analytically strong
  • Using data insights (dashboards, KPIs) effectively for decision making
  • Affinity & interest in digital / ecommerce, ability to learn quickly, and eager to continuously improve
  • Excellent communication skills, able to forge alliances & align stakeholders
  • Service-oriented, with a proactive mindset
  • Able to anticipate both global & local stakes & views
  • Agile way of working and looking forward to building an agile organization
