•Ideally candidate should have a minimum 2 years work experience as Reservation Agent, Front Office

•Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must

Description of Responsibilities

Baha Mar's Reservations Agent will be responsible for assisting with managing the Reservations department, while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the brand standards. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

•Provide dynamic services to ensure guests are "wowed" by Baha Mar's hospitality

•Sell accommodations and experiences and personalize the reservations experience to match the desires of each guest

•Determine guests' desires and satisfy them by actively listening and asking questions

•Answer all questions and resolve any guest complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner

•Process all reservations, changes, cancellations and accurately communicate the information to the hotel

•Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and conduct exceeding expectations

•Work closely with Front Desk, Casino Marketing and Sales teams

•Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information related to VIPs and other key guests

•Suggest new techniques of service for maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs

Total compliance with Baha Mar's standards of operation

•Proactively support all hotel reservation center tactics, always adhering to company policies

•Recommend tactics to consolidate and streamline reservation center operations

Ensure seamless flow of information between management teams

Stay current on hospitality best practices and industry trends

Perform other duties as assigned
