The Opportunity:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee marketing programs to acquire new customers and produce top of funnel leads across paid media channels. Building on your skills in digital marketing, you will work with a myriad of marketing teams to execute paid search, display, and social strategies across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan paid media campaigns, including SEO, retargeting, social, and display ads
  • Manage media budget to optimize spend and performance based on insights identified
  • Oversee daily execution and build out of media buys for several ad platforms
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Test and measure the performance of digital programs, content and messaging
  • Build our social media presence for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Identify important conversion points and drop offs to improve user funnels
  • Help marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range opportunities for experimentation and growth

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years digital marketing in paid media, Adwords, PPC, Display, SEO, Social, and Content
  • Experience identifying target audiences and creating campaigns to engage & educate
  • Solid knowledge of web and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush)
  • Knowledge of ad serving tools and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines
  • Familiarity managing digital assets aligned throughout the buyer's journey and funnel
  • Gather data insights from platforms to understand impact to achieve KPIs
