Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Experience, responsibilities and skill-set to include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum of five (5) years working in same or similar role
- Ability to monitor the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the hiring, training and coaching of housekeeping staff
- Ensure housekeeping staff adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Schedule and time management of housekeeping staff
- Prior supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems
