Description of Responsibilities

Baha Mar Casino's Customer Development Executive will work with key members of the Customer & Development Team. This position will assist with market research, emerging markets and administrative support for the team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

•Conduct casino marketing and customer development related research, including but not limited to demand and market studies, competitive research, analysis & benchmarking

•Assist members of the Casino Marketing team with on-going and ad-hoc analyses and projects that help accomplish departmental goals

•Closely monitor the tracking of expenses against approved budgets

•Communicate vital gaming industry related news & updates to the Casino Marketing team

•Coordinate advertising and public relations programs through internal efforts and working with external vendors

•Liaise with the graphic arts department to assure timely installation of all internal casino signage as well as external advertising, i.e. outdoor boards, direct mail etc.

•Effectively coordinate casino promotions, tournaments and player development programs, including but not limited to concerts, radio promotions/tournaments, special events, VIP parties etc.

•Ensure deadlines are met for delivery of flyers, posters, and banners relating to casino promotions

•Interface with advertising and public relations and assist when needed

•Point of contact for social media casino marketing inquiries

•Provide support in developing departmental policies & procedures

•Performs other related duties as assigned
