We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Lead who can be a true business partner to the CEO and the Heads of Finance, Marketing & Sales. Over time, this individual will build a world-class sales operations team responsible for delivering a wide aperture of value to the revenue organization and mmhmm as a whole. Responsibilities include resource planning, go-to-market analysis, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight.   • Partnering with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and supporting company-wide GTM programs.
  • Monitoring metrics and proactively surfacing insights into the revenue leadership team; highlighting best performing segments, regions, products, and tie them to key rep productivity drivers behind over and underperformance.
  • Driving innovative territory design & equitable opportunity for all sellers in partnership with Sr. Sales leadership.
  • Taking part in all aspects of the sales operating cadence including forecast calls, QBRs, top deal reviews, slip deal reviews, and ensuring follow-ups from those meetings.
  • Creating and managing operational processes such as target setting, forecasting, and budgeting.


  • At least 10 years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights/analytics roles.
  • A strong vision for what best in class sales operations looks & functions like; from tech-stack to team structure, KPI’s through project management.
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships (i.e. CEO, CRO, CFO, CMO, etc.).
  • Experience working at a similar stage, high growth, company. Pre-IPO tech SaaS startups strongly preferred.

This role is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Sales.
