Job / Advertisement Description
• Analyses training needs of staff, conducts training, and attend training seminars.
• Attends cage meetings and assists with conducting them when required.
• Have a sound knowledge of the Casino and all related facilities and services.
• Assists in building an effective team of employees and maintains good working relationship with other departments.
• Ensures confidentiality of information received at all times.
• Conducts surprise audits of Widow Floats and House Bank inventories as deem necessary.
• Ensures that the Fill and Marker Banks are balanced against the computer generated reports.
• Reviews FLL reports and check all transfers to see that they are properly completed.
• Inspects cash check machines daily to ensure that they are in proper working order.
• Verifies inventory in the Main Bank, Fill and Marker Banks.
• Ensure that all Front Window procedures are followed.
• Ensures all Cashiers are signed off the system at the end of their respective shift.
• Verifies Window Cashier's floats at the end of their shift.
• Verifies that all cheques are written and endorsed properly, using correct stamp.
• Issues Slot markers.
• Process Power bank accounts
• Replenish and audit inventory for NRT kiosk
• Ensures that the department has adequate supply of work materials. (i.e. documents, office stationery, etc.)
• Performs all other reasonable duties that may be requested by Management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training
• MS Office Suites
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and late night
