Job / Advertisement Description

Exercises the utmost degree of confidentiality as it relates to departmental operations and or information.
Adheres to all company and departmental policies, rules, customs and procedures.
Reports directly to the Pit Manager and is responsible for all transactions in the area of the pit in relation to the tables assigned to them.
Responsible for the issuance of markers, opening and closing of tables, receiving chips and removing chips.
Ensures games are running smoothly.
Aware of premium players in your section, their credit and table limits.
Observes that payoffs and change are correct.
Enforces and instructs Dealers in proper procedures.
Checks and signs paperwork as necessary.
Maintains game protection for the Casino and the patron.
Observes and monitors Dealers.
Provides objective appraisal of Dealers on a yearly basis.
Perform other reasonable duties required by management.

The Company operates a twenty-four (24), hour, seven (7) days a week business. Therefore, it may be necessary to change the accustomed shifts, at times, as the business demands.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to obtain approval for a Gaming Board License
Exceptional customer service skills
Thorough working knowledge of three (3) games minimum, preferably four (4).
Approximately one year gaming time per game for a total of three (3) years.
Excellent communication skills
Able to work with a diverse workforce
Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
