Job / Advertisement Description

  • Prepare housekeeping daily report sheets; identify owners, renters, special services and room changes.
  • Maintain Room Attendants and Houseman assignment and gratuity sheets. Update, organize and report any shift concerns to management.
  • Prepares and posts housekeeping gratuities daily.
  • Ensures that all calls logged in HotSoS, are dispatched and followed up to standard. Ensuring receipt by guest and charges transmitted to Front Desk.
  • Ensure that calls are serviced in an efficient, friendly manner.
  • Keep supervisors aware of system generated issues.
  • Communicate and record changes received from Front Desk and other departments.
  • Read communications logs from the previous shift and follow-up on all necessary differed calls.
  • Know all safety procedures and how to act upon them. Be aware of the prevention policy.
