Job / Advertisement Description

  • Provides professional, courteous service to owner/guests, internal and external at all times.
  • Cleans check-out villa daily.
  • Clean stay-over villas daily.
  • Stock maid carts to standard and maintains tidiness of cart at the end of the shift.
  • Cleans guest's rooms so that the health standards are met.
  • Follow safety procedures when using cleaning agents.
  • Cleans living room and dining room to villa standards.
  • Inspects the operational condition of all appliances, TV, VCR, Stereo, Clock-Radios and all Remote Controls.
  • Cleans kitchens; all dishes, pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator, cupboards, countertops and sinks to the standard.
  • Ensures all dishes and small appliances are arranged to standard.
  • List any missing items or damaged items and report to Dispatch for replacement.
  • Make bed with fresh clean linen on owner turn over days and renters daily service.
  • Make bed with same linen during midweek services; change sheets when stained.
  • Cleans bathrooms, visible scuff marks, tubs, toilet, Jacuzzi, vanity, stalls and floors.
  • Dusts furniture, including shades, blinds, lamps, picture frames, inside closets, doors and silk plants.
  • Replenish and set all amenities and unit items in the standard location.
  • Issue villa linen as requested by guests.
  • Sweep and mop tile area, vacuum carpet.
  • Clean and polish all mirrors.
  • Set A/C temperature on 74 degrees.
  • Report any lost and found items to security.
  • Clean entrance, door and doormat.
  • Ensure unit smells fresh, all pillows, lamps, shades are straight and set to standard.
  • Update room status.
  • Secure the entrance before leaving unit.
  • Maintains and cares for company's property and equipment preventing wastage.
  • Empty and cleans trash receptacles
  • Clean ash urns and ashtrays.
  • Clean windowsills and blinds.
  • Cleans walls, light fixtures, light switch plates.
  • Cleans covered walkways on Porte Cochere and foyers.
  • Supply public area restrooms with paper and soap supplies.
  • Cleans lobby to standard (i.e. dusting and polishing of furniture, fans, cleaning of windows, doors, countertops)
  • Cleans all equipment in exercise room and replenish towels.
  • Cleans and sanitize all drinking fountains.
  • Cleans break room, dispatch, managers, administrative offices and housekeeping storage area.
  • Refresh sales gallery and model rooms.
  • Sweep floors and vacuum carpet in all public areas (i.e. restrooms, offices, gym, model rooms, sales gallery, housekeeping)
  • Running as needed.
  • Restock supplies in closet.
  • Keep sections pass keys on your person at all times, rendering to no one. Return key to Housekeeping Manager before reporting off duty.
