Job / Advertisement Description
- Provides professional, courteous service to owner/guests, internal and external at all times.
- Cleans check-out villa daily.
- Clean stay-over villas daily.
- Stock maid carts to standard and maintains tidiness of cart at the end of the shift.
- Keep sections pass keys on your person at all times, rendering to no one. Return key to Housekeeping Manager before reporting off duty.
- Cleans guest's rooms so that the health standards are met.
- Follow safety procedures when using cleaning agents.
- Cleans living room and dining room to villa standards.
- Inspects the operational condition of all appliances, TV, VCR, Stereo, Clock-Radios and all Remote Controls.
- Cleans kitchens; all dishes, pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator, cupboards, countertops and sinks to the standard.
- Ensures all dishes and small appliances are arranged to standard.
- List any missing items or damaged items and report to Dispatch for replacement.
- Make bed with fresh clean linen on owner turn over days and renters daily service.
- Make bed with same linen during midweek services; change sheets when stained.
- Cleans bathrooms, visible scuff marks, tubs, toilet, Jacuzzi, vanity, stalls and floors.
- Dusts furniture, including shades, blinds, lamps, picture frames, inside closets, doors and silk plants.
- Replenish and set all amenities and unit items in the standard location.
- Issue villa linen as requested by guests.
- Sweep and mop tile area, vacuum carpet.
- Clean and polish all mirrors.
- Set A/C temperature on 74 degrees.
- Report any lost and found items to security.
- Clean entrance, door and doormat.
- Ensure unit smells fresh, all pillows, lamps, shades are straight and set to standard.
- Update room status.
- Secure the entrance before leaving unit.
- Maintains and cares for company's property and equipment preventing wastage.
