Job / Advertisement Description
- Assisting colleagues with opening and closing procedures
- Visit tables and advise guests on wine choice and pairing.
- Assisting with non-service duties, including cellar maintenance, monthly stock taking and ensuring correctness of the wine list.
- Maintaining and developing knowledge of our wine list
- Developing the knowledge of the team
- Ensuring all standards and practices and upheld to the highest levels.
- Developing your own deeper understanding of wines, spirits, and other drinks from around the world
- Assist in other job roles as directed. This may include training new employees, helping with guest service, working on special projects, or filling in for absent managers.
