- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent vocational training
- Ability to write routine reports, keep logs, and correspondence.
- Minimum 1-year formal training in Air Conditioning; two years formal work experience.
- Basic skills in the following areas - Heating systems, ventilation systems, air conditioning systems, chiller / boiler controls, safety, expansion tanks and make up systems, cooling towers, supply fans, fan coil units, and condenser loops.
