Job / Advertisement Description

• Outstanding customer relations. Adopts the Mission and Vision of Atlantis.
• The inputting of scheduling information to Microsoft Excel spreadsheet program.
• Prepares payroll and payroll records, to ensure that all information is registered in a correct and efficient manner.
• Answer phone calls and take messages in a clear, concise, understandable fashion.
• To collect and provide paychecks from payroll office, issues them in accordance with company Control Procedures.
• To collect and deliver documents from other departments as and when necessary.
• To ensure all files are kept tidy and up to date.
• Type memos and documents using Microsoft Word.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
