On-Call Guest Services Associate - Valet (ROS)

Description of Responsibilities

Rosewood's On-Call Guest Services will be responsible for the collection of all valet tickets, parking fees and logging and storage of car keys valet parking and retrieving guests' cars in an attentive, friendly and timely manner while providing all guests with excellent service. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide dynamic services to ensure guests are "wowed" by Baha Mar's hospitality

•Process valet tickets in accordance with departmental policies and procedures

•Accept and process guest payments in a friendly, secure and timely manner

•Input vehicle data into software and ensure accuracy

•Hang and dispatch car keys

•Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a prompt and personalized manner

•Open driver and passenger doors and offer assistance with baggage and items

•Provide car claim ticket and explain where and how guests can collect vehicle

•Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members vehicles

•Operate, park and retrieve guests' cars in an efficient and safe manner and secure keys

•Offer travel directions and information on property restaurants, amenities, events and promotions

•Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions that may require managerial attention

•Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and conduct exceeding expectations

•Total compliance with Baha Mar's standards of operation

•Stay current on hospitality best practices and industry trends

•Perform other duties as assigned

Must be 25 years of age and older with valid driver license.
