Allergen Notification Agent-Estonia Language

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individuals to work on the communication and documentation process with restaurant providers in Estonia. The role involves utilizing a predefined script to inform providers, documenting the outcomes, and ensuring compliance is followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication:
  • Receive and manage the list of providers
  • Use the "Allergens" script to contact providers by phone and inform them about the requirement to submit their allergen lists.
  • Document the date and outcome of each call, noting whether it was answered, unanswered, or if the provider's initial decision was recorded.
Follow-up Procedures:
  • If a provider does not answer, follow the procedure to ensure the provider is contacted again.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Accurately document all communication and outcomes.
  • Maintain an organized record of all interactions and follow-ups to ensure no cases are missed.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Estonian, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow scripts and processes accurately.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Pay Structure:
    • Successful case (allergens added or received and case completed): $0.75 per case.
    • Unsuccessful case (unable to complete the process): $0.25 per case.

Note: We are looking for someone who is fluent Estonian languages.
