Superside is looking for a motivated Revenue Operations System Administrator to take over the day-to-day operations and administration of our commercial business systems. 
You will be joining a world-class Revenue Operations team. You will focus on utilizing  Salesforce and various other tools to assist with the full sales cycle from lead creation to opportunity management. Your team will drive growth through operational efficiency and keep all teams accountable for revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and support Salesforce platform (user setups, profiles, and roles, reports and dashboards, customized objects, fields, record types, etc.)
  • Design and creation system automation within Salesforce (process builders, flows, workflow rules) and across systems using external tools like Zapier
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, make recommendations to leadership as appropriate
  • Evaluate, recommend and integrate additional technology tools into the Salesforce environment as directed by leadership to meet business requirements and objectives
  • Lead training for new Salesforce users and provide refresher training as need to current users
  • Work with Revenue Operations team to document Salesforce-related business requirements and objectives

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor Degree or higher within Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or similar 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience 
  • Good knowledge of SOQL and/or MySQL
  • Experience within Revenue Operations is considered a plus 
  • Experience with Hubspot, 6Sense, Totango, Salesloft, Zapier is considered a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude towards figuring out and learning new things
  • Ability to multitask with efficiency, overview, structure, and attention to details
