Groundskeeper & Event Set Up Person

Grounds Person / Events Setup (Summarized) $8.00 per hour

• Must be healthy, physical fit and able to work in the heat.
• Cleaning beaches, cutting coconut palms, shifting sand.
• Watering plants, pruning and trimming.
• Moving large plants.
• Cultivating and caring for plants.
• Knowledge of chainsaws and woodchippers.
• Setting up and breaking down events.

Working Conditions:

• Shifts consist of weekdays, occasional late evenings, and weekends.
• 3 meals a day are provided in our staff canteen.
• You will be provided with shared accommodation that has a kitchenette and use of communal laundry facilities.
• If required, you would receive a beginning and end of contact plane ticket to your home island in the Bahamas.
• Our team works up to 6 days a week. If they are required to work a 6th & 7th day they are paid in accordance with the Bahamas Employment Act.
