We’re looking for an organized and collaborative individual to fill a high-impact role as Sr. Partner Operations Specialist to oversee Partnerships operations and cross-functional processes.
A Sr Partner Operations Specialist is a behind-the-scenes player, helping everyone be more efficient in their role. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing systems that drive Partnerships' daily operations as well as enabling new projects, strategy, and experiments. In this role you will both implement solutions that enable teams as well as promote self-serve autonomy with education and mentorship. You will serve the Partnerships team primarily, but work closely with many teams — Marketing Programs, Email, Support, Platform, and Decision Science — to connect cross-functional systems and advocate for Partner operational needs across roadmaps.

You have 5+ years experience in an Operational function. You have designed systems and workflows spanning multiple team members and tools to enable projects spanning at least a full year.
You build processes at scale, and are deeply familiar with automation. You have a knack for designing systems and processes that serve the needs of the organization and its participants. You set up software and automation that remove blockers, add efficiency, and enable entirely new workstreams at scale.
You have experience managing projects. You have worked with stakeholders to schedule projects involving multiple people, including their triaging, sequencing, and resourcing.
You have proven expertise and training. You’ve demonstrated your abilities through the impact of your systems and/or Operational/Project Management certifications.
You are technical, and fluent in data. Whether it's analyzing data sets with tools like Looker or SQL queries, or creating models and prototype tools in spreadsheets, data is a core part of your toolkit.
You're an excellent verbal and written communicator. You translate stakeholder needs into clear tasks and deliverables for contributors. You work through dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs with ease.
You have strong interpersonal skills. You have a track record of resolving prioritization conflicts, resourcing shortfalls, and timing issues. You do this as effectively in a remote environment as in-person.
You have knowledge on the workings of SaaS Partnerships. You understand enough of the varied ecosystem Zapier connects, and the users we serve together with our partners, to discover solutions for mutual success. You understand what it takes build systems and programs to manage B2B relationships at scale.

Some team members live in the United Kingdom, Thailand, India, Nigeria, Taiwan, Guatemala, New Zealand, Australia, and more! You just need the skills and drive to succeed in this role and the ability to work from anywhere.
