Sales Account Executive
We are looking to hire highly motivated individuals who Love to make money! This individual will be responsible for consistently winning new business, and making money, via inbound and outbound initiatives, targeting small, medium-sized to large size businesses. More 94 is looking to fortify its sales team with serious results-driven individuals. We are looking for enterprising individuals to grow and advance with us, energetic team players and headstrong Sales Reps that can tackle the market and exceed the goals of a diverse and vast client base!

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution– Ability to communicate effectively on the phone; close contracts once all clients’ needs have been identified and addressed with More 94 -proven solutions.
  • Outbound & Inbound Calls: Customer outreach/perform cold calls, as well as receive inbound calls from customer leads to respond to their inquiries and detail our services/packages
  • Sold Quota Attainment– Consistent achiever of assigned monthly sold quota
  • Sales Activity Reporting– Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitive information.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting– Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuously management of sales activity – new, renewals and upsells
  • Professional, personable, and good work ethics, with the desire to grow, share, and collaborate

Desired Experience
Experience in a high volume/fast-paced industry is preferred; experience in identifying prospective clients through various channels

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive
  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Must have your own transportation
  • 2-3 years of outside sales experience
  • Thrives in a team sales environment
  • Presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • High sales aptitude with the ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
  • Consistent track-record of meeting + exceeding quotas
  • Own reliable and licensed transportation
  • Must provide a valid and clean Police record
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity and follow-through
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required, or comparable high caliber sales experience
  • Previous management experience is preferred, but not required

 

Compensation

This job opportunity is a earned payment performance incentive, supported by and tied to a very attractive commission of (12% to 20%), including a cash performance incentive stipend. It is client account driven, and performance incentivized. All payment incentives are executed in cash or via direct deposit.
