Office Assistant

(with Accounting background)

Duties include:

  • Reconcile daily cash drops and receipts.
  • Prepare invoices and monthly customer statements.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
  • Assist other administrative departments with basic clerical duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Accounting role
  • AA in Accounts is a plus
  • Moderate knowledge of PC systems and software

Position include competitive salaries, incoming air transportation, complimentary housing and daily meals. Candidates must be willing to relocate to a small island for work. Families can visit but are not able to join in relocation. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
