A DOCUMENT ISSUANCE OFFICER

Requirements of the post:
= 623; A minimum of an Associate degree
= 623; Very good command of the English Language
= 623; Critical thinking skills
= 623; The ability to assess and initiate things independently ( Initiative)
= 623; Sound communication and interpersonal skills
= 623; Sound customer service experience ( Customer Service Certification or training would be an
asset)

= 623; Attention to details and problem-solving skills
= 623; Excellent time management skills
= 623; Ability to meet deadlines working under pressure
= 623; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, and Excel

Experience in the use of web-based software or a willingness to learn
Familiarity with Government documents and Agency procedures would be an asset
