Local Resort Currently seeking an Experience:

Maintenance

Requirements



3 years experience with apartment units and renovations

Must be able to assist in after hours emergency situations when necessary

Inspect property and report any safety harzards or need repairs

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

May be required to work weekends

Must have the ability to provide resort with quality workmanship

Must provide quality Customer Service

Must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:

General Plumbing repairs

Replace/repair doors, widows and locks

General Air Condition Repairs

General Electrical Repairs

General Carpentry repairs

General Construction


Must Have A Clean Police Record
