SCB Financial License advisory Service

[Job Description]
Responsibilities:
  • Provide general office administration duties including procurement of office equipment. And supplies, office security, repair and maintenance of furniture & fixtures, office renovation, vendor/contractor management, insurance renewal, annual budget & forecast.
  • Assist in general accounting duties including payment & cheque issue, data and journal entries, etc.
  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling phone call, professional manner, mailing & courier, meeting room booking, etc.Assist in invoicing and timekeeping
  • Handle expense claim, daily office management tasks
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Provide support and assist Hong Kong senior management in business development and Administrative work
  • Handle full range of company secretarial duties for the company and clients
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment
Corporate Services ( Company incorporation and Maintenance)
  • Assist the CS manager in handling all company secretarial duties and carrying out the instructions of management including.
  • Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial and clerical duties, including maintaining and update statutory records, filing of statutory returns, incorporating Bahamas and offshore private companies, drafting resolutions required under the Companies Ordinance.
  • Assist in formation, management and administration of Overseas Companies such as Cayman Island, St.Vincent, Grenadines and Seychelles Companies.
Corporate Services ( Financial License Services)
  • As a Nominee Directors, support an application for a client of SCB license.
  • Assisting in completing Financial License application forms and organise the required Client documents in cooperation with Compliance officer ;
  • Ongoing Monthly maintenance of Financial Licensed Firm in cooperation with Compliance Officer ;
  • Ongoing Annual maintenance of Financial Licensed Firm in cooperation with Compliance Officer
  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations, including all SCB regulated activities, margin risk control, to ensure all activities comply with SCB rules, regulations and regulatory compliance cooperated with Compliance Officer our SCB regulated Clients
  • Liaise with other professional advisors and various government authorities / regulators;
  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices for our clients

[Requirements]
- Degree holder
- Current Financial Professional qualification ( e.x. The Nastac Group - Securities Training / Series 7) holder with more than 5 years of financial industry experience;
- Good knowledge of SCB ordinance, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory bodies.
- Previous experience in obtaining new license for Securities Dealer a definite advantage
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Current Financial Professional qualification ( e.x. The Nastac Group - Securities Training / Series 7) holder with more than 5 years of financial industry experience;
- Good knowledge of SCB ordinance, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory bodies.
- Previous experience in obtaining new license for Securities Dealer a definite advantage
