  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in an office and/or support environment

  • Description of Responsibilities

    Baha Bay's Executive Adminstrative Assistant will work together with the General Manager of the Waterpark and is responsible for managing office functions by possessing a high proficiency of software programs, strong verbal and written communication skills, maintaining discretion and confidentiality, and most importantly the willingness and desire to bring the Baha Mar culture to life by creating a warm and friendly office environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and sustain administrative procedures to maximize efficiency and flow of work
  • Transcribe, format, input, edit, retrieve, copy and transmit text, data and files
  • Maintain schedules; schedule meetings, travel and conferences
  • Welcome guests and employees in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
  • Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results
  • Secure information by completing database backups
  • Maintain office supply, anticipate needed supplies, place orders for supplies and verify receipt of supplies
  • Stay current on industry trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned
