Job Description

MALE ACCOUNTS CLERK
Part-Time

Summary
Individual performs book keeping duties in the maintenance and operation of account processing for all transactions. Ensures a timely submission of supporting documents for all transactions.
Essential Duties
The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below.

  • Preparation and input of general journals/adjustments
  • Processing outline payments/customers refunds
  • Incoming payments allocation and posting
  • Wire transfer preparation and recording
  • Preparing months end accounts schedules and reconciliations including bank or clients reconciliations
  • Debts collections experiences is a plus
  • Assist in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions for the procurement of ALL goods and services
  • Prepares Purchase Orders based on approved Purchase Requisitions
  • Distributes approved purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Solves any Customer discrepancies
Requirements
  • 1-3 years proven working experience in accounts payable and general accounting
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a skill for numbers
  • BGCSE In English and Math or BTVI Office Systems Certificate, Pitman in Booking-Keeping/Accounts
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • Proficiency in written or oral communication skills
  • Quick-books MANDATORY
