Sales Development Representative

We’re seeking a highly energized and experienced sales professional to join our organization, focused on building our portfolio of clients in the B2B sector. You will join a high caliber team experiencing rapid growth. Your focus will be to develop a strong sales pipeline of qualified clients, selling Uknowledgy’s e-learning solutions.

Ideal candidates will be results-oriented, exhibit a growth mindset, demonstrate strong prioritization skills, and value and build strong relationships with our customers. 

Objective Of This Role

  • Generate sales leads and manage/maintain a pipeline with prospect companies by setting meetings with HR/L&D and other Line of Business department leaders
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation
  • Drive value to prospects by identifying business needs and aligning Uknowledgy’s offering through a strategic evaluation

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
    • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly result Utilize SalesForce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities

This Job Requires

  • Minimum of 2 years in direct sales
  • B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Ability to adapt, or willing to learn how to develop a growth mindset
  • Motivated with a competitive drive, eager to learn
