Job Summary

Support Director and senior team. Monitors use of and maintain office supplies, equipment and/or facilities maintenance needs Assist with administrative services and department operations. Assist with coordinating and managing employee compensation and benefits transactions and ensuring that they are professionally handled.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

Performs and complete tasks and assignments associated with support functions for a Director and other Department Heads of Human Resources.
Supervises all administrative office activities
Arranges meetings, schedule conferences, travel etc. for senior team.
Organizes ordering/delivery of all items; track orders.
Upervises employee file management in conjunction with Labour Relations Department.
Monitors use of and maintain supplies, equipment and /or facilities for assigned department.
Manage all queries and confidential matters for the Cove,Reef and MWPO.
Coordinates meetings and management activities.
Performs and completes administrative tasks and assignments associated with human resources support functions, which may include budget, procurement, contracts, inventory control, personnel, safety, security, records, etc.
Assists with the operation of the HUman Resources Division.
Attends seminars, conferences, job-related training and/or other staff development training programs. Reads pertinent work-related information and materials as assigned.
Ensures that employee compensation and benefits transactions are professionally handled and all employee transactions are resolved in a timely manner.
Performs any other duties that may be required by management.

Requirements

Minimum of five (2) experience in an administrative role preferred
Minimum of two (2) years college degree
Demonstrated knowledge of current software programs
Strong energy level and flexibility
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
