Job Title: Reservations Manager 

Reports to: Director of Revenue 

Rosewood Baha Mar’s Reservations Manager will work together with the Director of Revenue to maintain occupancy and average rate through control of room inventory.  This individual will act as departmental liaison for CRO, sales, and front office as well as run forecasting reports on a daily and weekly basis.

What you will also have already accomplished:

  • High school and College diploma
  • Minimum two years’ experience as a Reservations Manager for a luxury or ultra-luxury property.

Description of Responsibilities

Rosewood Baha Mar’s Reservations Manager will work together with the Director of Revenue to maintain occupancy and average rate through control of room inventory.  This individual will act as departmental liaison for CRO, sales, and front office as well as run forecasting reports on a daily and weekly basis. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
  • Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
  • Forecast room occupancy on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Coordinate and track all advance deposits accurately.
  • Coordinate all group sales by tracking inventories and billing instructions.
  • Month-end reports tracking.
  • Block the house to ensure maximum revenue and guest experience potential.
  • Ensure proper training of all front office personnel in the reservations function.
  • Attend all staff and front office meetings and communicate pertinent information to the staff.
  • Maintain the yearly calendar of sold-out dates and special events.
  • Supervise all reservations employees.
  • All other duties as required.
