Job Title:          Grand Club Attendant

Reports to:       Grand Club Supervisor

Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar’s Grand Club Attendant will work together with the Grand Club Supervisor to pro-actively anticipate guests’ needs and personalize the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of each guest to ensure outstanding guest relations that exceeds guests’ expectations for the hotel experience.

What you will also have already accomplished:

 

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience in a related field  

Description of Responsibilities

Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar’s Grand Club Attendant will be responsible for pro-actively anticipating guests’ needs and personalizing the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of each guest to ensure outstanding guest relations that exceeds guests’ expectations for the hotel experience. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Provide dynamic services to ensure guests are “wowed” by Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar’s hospitality
  • Deliver prompt, efficient and courteous service following Baha Mar standards of excellence
  • Provide useful information on local events, hotel services, promotions and recommendations 
  • Leave guests with a lasting impression by greeting all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, moving out from behind the front desk to open doors and assist guests
  • Meet all guests’ needs and follow up on all inquiries
  • Ensure guests have maximum comfort at all times
  • Resolve any guest complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner
  • Total compliance with Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar’s standards of operation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
