Job Title:          Guest Services Attendant

Reprts to:         Guest Services Assistant Manager

Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar’s Guest Services Attendant will work together with the Guest Services Assistant Manager to answer guests’ needs and personalize the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of each caller to ensure outstanding guest relations that exceeds guests’ expectations for the hotel experience.

What you will also have already accomplished:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year + of experience as an attendant in Concierge, Guest Services, or related field

Description of Responsibilities

Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar’s Guest Services Attendant will be responsible for answering guests’ needs and personalizing the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of each caller to ensure outstanding guest relations that exceeds guests’ expectations for the hotel experience. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide dynamic services to ensure guests are “wowed” by Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar’s hospitality
  • Deliver prompt, efficient and courteous guest services following Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar standards of excellence
  • Provide personal services of the highest level that may include restaurant reservations, recreation requests, floral orders, etc. 
  • Meet all guests’ needs and follow up on all inquiries
  • Resolve any guest complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner
  • Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and conduct exceeding expectations
  • Total compliance with Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar’s standards of operation
  • Recommend tactics to consolidate and streamline guest operations
  • Stay current on hospitality best practices and industry trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned
